Rates do not include 13% sales tax
Reservations and Payment Policies:
For rental confirmation:
A 50% deposit, payable by wire transfer or credit card, is required with the return of the rental contract.
Final Payment is due 30 days from check-in date.
Cancelation policy: Cancellations must be done in writing by fax or e-mail. A full refund of the deposit is provided if cancellation is made prior to 90 days from check-in date. If cancellation is made less than 90 days from check-in date then no refund is provided; however, the reservation may be re-scheduled for a check-in date within 12 months of the original check-in date and any payments made will be applied to that reservation, subject to prevailing rates at the time of the re-scheduled rental period.
Security deposit: A $500 security deposit will be required. The security deposit may be paid in cash or by credit card and is due before check-in.
